At Doggies On Wheels, our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality care for every pet we meet. To ensure a smooth experience for both pets and their people, we ask that all clients review and follow our service policies below.

Health & Safety:

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions such as fleas, ticks, or kennel cough. Please notify us in advance of any medical concerns, allergies, or behavioral issues so we can accommodate your pet’s needs safely.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We understand that life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee to cover the reserved time slot.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, Venmo, or Zelle for your convenience.

Behavior & Safety:

For the safety of our groomers and sitters, we reserve the right to refuse service to pets that show extreme aggression or anxiety beyond what can be safely managed.

Accident Coverage:

While accidents are extremely rare, we’re fully committed to taking responsibility and covering any that occur while your pet is in our care.

Your happiness (and your pet’s) means everything to us. If there’s ever something we can improve, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
